Sarah Soule & Associates

Our services begin with an informal meeting with a student and his or her parents. We interview the student and learn about his or her personal strengths and goals. We review academic credentials and standardized testing scores and discuss the student’s individual skills, talents and interests. After careful assessment and with considerable thoughtful consideration, we will discuss options and make specific recommendations about appropriate colleges for the student to consider. The most important thing in the admissions process and the core of Sarah Soule’s professional beliefs and experience is to make the most appropriate fit and best match for the student, both in the academic and social settings.

We will discuss the interview and help students know what to expect during this important part of the admissions process. We will review what it takes to make their individual application special and will assist in the overall admission process.

Our services include:

  • Five one-hour personal consultations with the student and family.

  • Thorough evaluation of each student’s overall academic history.

  • Extensive knowledge of educational options locally and nationally.

  • Specialized, professional and individual attention for each student and family.

  • Professional identification and listing of independent schools, colleges and/or universities that are the most appropriate fit for the student.

  • Guidance as to how to best to deal with the overall admission process and how to make the most informed and appropriate decisions.

  • Advice and assistance with the application process.

  • General financial aid and scholarship information.

  • Recommendations of appropriate literature and guidebooks relating to the admission process.

  • Over 20 years of admissions and college counseling experience.
