1982-2002 - A senior member of the admissions staff at Champlain College, Burlington, VT Sarah was responsible for interviewing and recruiting prospective students. Sarah evaluated and finalized hundreds of applications for admission to Champlain each year, for twenty years, representing students of all abilities and backgrounds.

1999-2001 - President of the Consortium of Vermont Colleges, an organization of all admissions officers in the state of Vermont.
